To assist clients on their journey of healing and empowerment I offer a rich variety of modalities creatively combined and personalized for each individual. The possibilities include 2 powerful, transformational bodywork techniques from Australia, Bowen/NST and Horstmann, guided visualization, imaginal hypnotherapy, regression, past lives, breathwork, gestalt, dreamwork, energywork, ritual, crystal bowl sound healing and transformational counseling/life coaching.
Both bodywork techniques, which can be done in soft clothing, are effective for pain relief, stress release and can create positive structural changes as well as increase emotional balance and energy.
Past life exploration can also be very helpful in releasing current life difficulties. Each session is unique and planned with the client. These therapies are helpful in moving through both physical and emotional challenges and often facilitate major life changes.
